Upon approved of membership, membership fee must be paid in order to entitle of any privileges and services. (Detail Fee and Privileges). All point in an account expires if the Gaia Club member has not accumulated or redeemed “GAIA” Points for a period of 12 consecutive months. Point will expire without further notice. Point in an account expires 3 years (36 months) after the date of accumulation. Point accumulated in an account prior to January 1, 2011 is deemed to have an accumulation date of December 31, 2010 (regardless of the actual point accumulation date). All expired points in the account will be forfeited, deleted and without further notice.
I agree to abide and be bound by the terms and conditions of Gaia Club. I understand that the Terms and Conditions include limitations and exclusions on the liability of Gaia Club, Gaia Adventure Int’l Ltd. (Canada), Gaia Adventure (Shenzhen) its affiliate or subsidiary corporations, or any of their respective employees, officers, agents, contractors or assigns and its partners. I accept and agree that the Gaia Club Terms and Conditions can be modified or terminated upon reasonable notice where it is possible and/or practical to give such notice, and that Gaia Club, Gaia Adventure Int’l Ltd. (Canada), Gaia Adventure (Shenzhen) Ltd., its affiliate or subsidiary corporations, or any of their respective employees, officers, agents, contractors or assigns and its partners will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting therefrom.
