Stipulation Membership Fee:

Fee of RMB100 (or equlvalent acceptable currency) per person must be paid within three (3) days upon the application has been approved.

1.         “Active Members” - means members who have purchased a minimum of one eligible service/product and received a permanent Gaia Club member card.

2.         “GAIA” - means redemption program operated by Gaia Adventure Int’l Ltd. in conjunction with its Partners.

3.         “GAIA Point” - means the unit of measurement of GAIA program, such Point being awarded to members in connection with purchase of services and products; purchased or usage of participating services and products as determined by Gaia Club in its sole discretion.

4.         “Gaia Club” – Wholly owned by Gaia Adventure Int’l Ltd. who also manages of “GAIA program”

5.         “Member” - means any person who is registered as member of the Gaia Club.

6.         “Partner” - means businesses with which GAIA program has made arrangements for members to gain point rewards by using the products or services of such businesses. A full list of partners’ contact is available at www.gaia-adv.com

7.         “Partner/unit”–means each individual outlet or property operating by the same partner. (Individual hotel, resort, boat, dive centre, shop and etc.)

8.         “Terms and Conditions” - means the GAIA program’s Terms and Conditions, which sets out additional information relating to GAIA program, and may be amended from time to time, a copy of which can be found at www.gaia-adv.com
